Jason R. Manton is the founding partner of The Manton Law Firm, LLC, and a native of Cumming, Georgia. Jason started the firm after being a co-founding partner in another civil litigation trial firm for several years in Marietta, Georgia. Jason began his legal career representing insurance companies, but soon left this position because he realized that he enjoyed working with people and their families instead. Jason focuses his trial practice on nursing home neglect and abuse, medical malpractice, automobile and trucking collisions, product liability, and various other types of personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has given speeches and presentations on various issues at legal seminars for fellow attorneys, and is always available to speak to any civic organizations on such legal topics as well.
