2019 Safest Cities in Georgia

2019 Safest Cities in Georgia

SafeWise and Alarms.org released their 2019 reports of the safest cities in Georgia.

While both sites compute the crime rate by reviewing the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reports, Alarms.org also factors in their Police Adequacy variable, which is the ratio of total crimes to the number of police employees. SafeWise only includes data from cities with populations above the state median, and Alarms.org only includes cities with a population over 10,000. In both reports, any city that submitted incomplete reports or did not report crimes to the FBI were not included.
