Jason R. Manton is the founding partner of The Manton Law Firm, LLC. Jason’s practice is focused primarily on handling personal injury, wrongful death, and business disputes.
Since first opening The Manton Law Firm, LLC in 2006, Jason has secured numerous verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients in both medical malpractice and auto collision cases which have received widespread publicity and recognition, including a $550,000 medical malpractice verdict against a hospital after one of its nurses negligently administered an arterial blood gas test on a patient, leaving them with permanent nerve damage.
Later, in 2011, he would win a landmark appellate decision in the Georgia Supreme Court that played an instrumental role in establishing medical privacy rules for personal injury plaintiffs.
